The Eye of God Nebula
Another view of the Eye of God Nebula
in a different light
The Helix Nebula is a planetary nebula located in the constellation Aquarius. Set at a distance of 650 lightyears from the earth, one can easily see why this deep space object is called "the Eye of God."
Strange thing is that we have known about this one for some time, in fact, back to the 19th century when it was discovered by Karl Ludwig Harding. But through improvements in detection devices, we notice something in other light waves, that it looks like a cosmic eye. It retains this image of an eye even in more detailed views.
The central star of the Nebula, a white dwarf remnant of the star that exploded give the resemblance of an eye.
The Hand of God Nebula
NASA has shared imagery of the ‘Hand of God’ nebula as it collides with a wall of gas at almost 9 million miles per hour here. NASA’s Chandra X-Ray Observatory has observed the “Hand of God”, a distant nebula that resembles a giant, cosmic hand reaching through space toward a wall of red gas. Also known as the “Cosmic Hand Hitting a Wall” or MSH 15-52. The new study tracks how quickly the “hand” is moving as it makes impact with the wall of surrounding gas (RCW 89), and how it changes as it expands outward. particles near one of the fingertips are moving at nearly nine million miles per hour, with other sections of the debris exceeding 11 million miles per hour. And that is after the hand has hit the wall so those speeds represent a slow down of the hand which itself was traveled an average of 30 million miles per hour. The “Cosmic Hand” is actually one of many space structures that resemble objects down on Earth.
The Hand of God in the Pillars of Creation
There’s an image of space that they call “Pillars of Creation.” It looks like the hand of God. nebula that is called The Hand of God. This is M16, The Eagle Nebula, also aptly named the Pillars of Creation. The nebula, discovered in 1745 by the Swiss astronomer Jean-Philippe Loys de Chéseaux, is located 7,000 light-years from Earth in the constellation Serpens. One instagram user remarked that both MSH 15-52 and M16 are
Two extraordinary observations of nebulas in space that reminded astronomers of a god like figure.
Your eye traces the forearm of gas. This "hand" is in a star-creation region. The pillars are a small region within the Eagle Nebula, a vast star-forming region 6500 light-years from Earth.
This is the hand of Creation.
The Pillars appear like the monolithic hand of the God of the cosmos being formed out of space dust.
Like veins under skin, the nebula can’t obscure the light of thousands upon thousands of glowing bulbs from pinpricks to spotlights, specks of glitter to chunks of diamond.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Now the earth was formless and empty,
darkness was over the surface of the deep,
and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
And God said, “Let there be light,”
and there was light.
~ Genesis 1:1-3.
The Cross in the Center of the Whirlpool Galaxy
X-Ray of the center of the Whirlpool Galaxy NASA IMAGE: CROSS AT THE CENTRE OF the Whirlpool Galaxy, in the constellation Canes Venatici, which is 23.16 million light years from Earth.
The Whirlpool Galaxy is one of the most famous in the sky.
The Whirlpool galaxy was discovered in 1773 by Charles Messier.
Hubble Space Telescope has provided astronomers with what may be their first direct view of an immense ring of dust which fuels a massive black hole at the heart of the spiral galaxy M51, located 20 million light-years away. The cross is made up from a secondary perpendicular dust ring.
Those who do not want anything to do with a Christian reference will call this an "x" since it was taken as an x-ray source.
The "X" is due to absorption by dust and marks the exact position of the nuclear black hole,"
That formation, is a cross. Some may think it looks like an x, but take a closer look
However, one has to do this purposefully. It is an obvious "cross." It even looks like Jesus is still on it.
The "cross" is due to absorption by dust and marks the exact position of a black hole which may have a mass equivalent to one-million stars like the sun.
A person said:
“Interesting. I’d say X marks the spot, but it does look like a crucifix. In fact, it looks like a figure hanging off of a crucifix.”
Einstein's Cross
The Einstein Cross is a gravitationally lensed quasar that sits directly behind the centre of the galaxy ZW 2237+030, called Huchra's Lens. since 1985 around 50 of these have been discovered.
The world's most famous scientist predicted the existence of these crosses in 1915.
While gravitationally lensed light sources are often shaped into an Einstein ring, due to the elongated shape of the lensing galaxy and the quasar being off-centre, the images form a peculiar cross-shape instead
The Hubble Space Telescope image an another cross as seen to the right.
It took years to build instruments that would be able to detect what Einstein predicted.
In the image, one foreground elliptical galaxy, around 6 billion light-years from Earth, has warped and quadrisected a bright beam of light from a background galaxy about 11 billion light-years from our planet.
The Crown of Thorns Galaxy
The NGC 7049 galaxy, dubbed “Crown of Thorns” because of its eerily look-a-like to the crown of thorns pushed down on the head of Jesus of Nazareth 2000 years ago.
NGC 7049 sits in the southern constellation Indus, and is the brightest of a cluster of galaxies, a so-called Brightest Cluster Galaxy (BCG).
There will be signs
in the sun, moon and stars.
Luke 21:25
This galaxy is around 150,000 light years across. It has prominent dust lines backlit by a bright glow. Globular clusters are visible scattered around the galactic halo. This galaxy is 100 million light years away.
The Three Crosses
The constellation Crux contains the famous asterisk The Southern Cross. Nearby are two more crosses, The False Cross and the The Diamond Cross often mistaken for the true Southern Cross.
However, just live Calvary, there stand three crosses, of which only one is true.
The Finger of God Nebula
The cosmos exhibits its strangeness when galaxies which should be speeding away from each other are suddenly found to marching to one spot in the sky. The area is called the Great Attractor. It is pulling all stars, all galaxies toward it in the local area.
At the heart of the Great Attractor lies the galaxy named Abell 3627. and in its center is seen a globule called "The Finger of God." Some have called a by another name however...
What are the odds to find what scientists call the finger of God in the heart of what is drawing everything to it?
NGC 6188: The Hands of God Nebula
NGC 6188 is a famous star birth region located in Ara, is an emission nebula located about 4,000 light years away. Forming two hands, it looks like The Creation of Adam by Michelangelo.
This nebula can be seen from the Southern Hemisphere.
